Arkham Asylum was a facility in Gotham City's Narrows where the criminally insane were incarcerated.

HistoryEdit

During the time that Bruce Wayne was becoming Batman, Arkham was run by Dr. Jonathan Crane. Crane would himself be held after receiving a dose of his own Fear Toxin.

Henri Ducard ordered his men in the League of Shadows to free the inmates, to cause death and destruction.
