The Batclaw was a grapple gun modification that helped Batman collect objects that were not within reach. The Batclaw could also be used in combat to pull enemies towards Batman.
Gameplay
Batman: Arkham Asylum
While the normal Batclaw was obtained during your first visit to the Batcave, an upgrade was gained during the second visit to the Batcave.
Batclaw Upgrades included:
- Ultra Batclaw - enabled the Batclaw to fire three claws instead of one. The Ultra Batclaw also pulled down destructible walls that could not be reached by the Explosive Gel.
Batman: Arkham City
The Batclaw was often used in Arkham City for collecting Riddler Trophies or, once again, during Combat. Although the Ultra Batclaw from Batman: Arkham Asylum was not available, the Batclaw was still able to pull objects. Batman used it to help pull himself along upon rafts, and also used it to disarm armed thugs.
