Batman (Bruce Wayne) is the father of Huntress and the former partner of Batgirl (The Oracle/Barbara Gordon). He is the former protector of Gotham and fled after the death of Catwoman and the injury of Batgirl. It was orginally written for Batman to return sometime in the second season, but the show was cancelled. Bruce Thomas the actor who portrayed Batman in the OnStar commercials donned the cape and cowl yet again in this series. Batman as in the Graphic novel The Dark Knight Returns, is between the ages 45 and 50, making Huntress between the ages 21 and 24.
