"Supply Side Economics"Edit

The Red Hood destroys a meth lab belonging to Black Mask seconds before Batman can save the building. Over the next few days, Red Hood takes out other rackets belonging to Black Mask, taking “huge cuts from all avenues of business”. Enraged, Black Mask wonders why Batman has not taken Hood down yet and decides the Dark Knight has been unable to catch him, leaving Black Mask “stuck in the damned crossfire”.

The Red Hood delivers a final indignity, destroying the upper floor of a building Black Mask has been using for his office. As Black Mask leaves his smoldering ex-home, he is confronted by Deathstroke, the Terminator who tells him that a collective called the Society has formed and was wondering if Black Mask would like to join.
