Count Vertigo was a villain in The Batman.

HistoryEdit

Count Vertigo's first and only appearance in the series was in the episode "Vertigo". He was Green Arrow's main adversary and had the ability to cause pain in others using his cybernetic eye.

His plan was to make all of Gotham dizzy and sick with a gyroscope that he had secretly built in Wayne Industries but his plan was foiled as Green Arrow arrived in Gotham City and aligned himself with The Dynamic Duo eventually stopping his mad ambition dead in it’s tracks.
