Batman uncovers a gang of pirates working in the harbor. The pirates steal ships’ cargo, then disappear. Batman traces the pirates to Mr. Conway, but Conway has been alerted to the Caped Crusaders presence and plans a trap. Batman escapes and with Robin’s help, he defeats the pirate gang uncovering their secret hide-out in the process.
