HistoryEdit

After taking drugs laced with Fear Toxin, this man hallucinated and became uncontrollably afraid. He was dragged out of a truck by a thug in a parking lot during the meeting between the Chechen and Scarecrow. He pleaded the Chechen's men to remove imaginary vermin from his mouth.

• He is not seen for the rest of the film, thus his fate is unknown. He may have been gathered by Batman.
