Clancy Brown is an American actor. He is best know for voicing Lex Luthor in various forms of DC media, including the DC Animated Universe, 2004's The Batman animated series and the LEGO video games. Brown has also voiced Big Time in Batman Beyond, Mr. Freeze in The Batman series, and Per Degaton in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He is set to portray Salvator Maroni in The Penguin.
