Justice League Featurette (Read Description)
December 7, 2012
**THIS IS A FAN MADE VIDEO**
[If you are wondering why I picked which actors, and which characters are/aren't included, visit the website before asking questions (THEJLAMOVIE.COM), or send me a message].
Here's a little Christmas present for everyone! Sorry it has taken so long to get back at this, I had been busy with my fan film that's releasing this month! "Superman: The Golden Child" supermangc.com // facebook.com/supermangc
Here is the third (and final look until the release) at my Justice League film in a trailer (featurette)! I did lots of edits/cuts/photo edits to make this look as official as a featurette can look, but of course it's still fan made! Lots of edits and manips were done in the process of creating this (Some edits/manips could be changed/taken out before the final product, keep that in mind). Inspired by the style of Marvel's "The Avengers" build up films, this project is just that except for DC's "Justice League". YES, THIS WILL BE EDITED INTO A FULL LENGTH MOVIE, JUST LIKE THE OTHER BUILD UP FILMS Visit TheJLAmovie.com for more info on this HUGE project! Thank you everyone for your support! It will be released online in full on Feb 1, 2,013.
If you missed out of the first four "build up" fan edits visit THEJLAMOVIE.COM for the links. The date will be Feb 1, 2,013. I have almost all of it edited at this point, just a few manips left and some basic cutting together, but I'm giving myself more than enough time just incase something comes up. FYI -- Had lots of trouble with Darkseid in this project and the manips in general for him, so he may end up not staying around as long as I originally planned, but rest assured there will be plenty of action and he will still be included in the project.
SINCE EVERYONE IS ASKING ABOUT SUPERMAN
I've said it a billion times, but here; "Dean Cain was picked for Superman for many reasons; I didn't want to use Tom Welling because I wanted my Superman in this project to have the dual identity of Clark Kent/Superman and notably wearing the Superman suit. Christopher Reeve was my first choice as he is no doubt my favorite actor who has portrayed Superman, but in the end there would not be enough scenes that would work for the World's Finest fan edit and then eventually the Justice League film. Last, Cain is my second favorite actor to play SUPERMAN (not to be confused with Clark) and since his version was TV based there is more than enough footage, interactions and scenarios available to use in this project."
SINCE EVERYONE IS ASKING ABOUT WONDER WOMAN. I've said it a million times but here goes "Wonder Woman was my first choice, however this was similar to The Flash in a sense that it was either using the low quality pilot footage with Adrianne Palicki (who already played a villain in the Aquaman film) or bust out the old Wonder Woman TV show with Lynda Carter, which would make the very old film footage and poor special effects compared to today look very rough when editing together. Last, I feel Zatanna is an awesome hero and defiantly doesn't get enough credit for what she is capable of."
For the record I am doing this purely for fun, with NO intention of "fooling" anyone or covering up the fact that I used clips from other movies.
Footage used is from: Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, 2,012, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, The Avengers, Green Lantern, Smallville, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Superman Returns, X-Men: First Class, Water Horse, Chronicle, and lots of interviews/behind the scenes videos with the actors that I found off YouTube/DVD rips.
MUSIC: I used lots of different songs for background music, most was score music. But the ending portion of this I used "Ready to Fall" by Rise Against.
