Grounded and confined to his room, Tim learned of a hostage situation in town from TV. While mowing the next day, Bruce told him about how it went down. Ulysses Hadrian Armstrong, aka The General, hooked up with Arabs preparing for war with a neighboring country while they were in town at an arms show.
