Peter MacNicol voiced Chronos in Justice League Unlimited and Man-Bat in The Batman.
Originally, he was chosen to voice the Mad Hatter in Batman: Arkham Asylum, but his character was ultimately not used. He portrayed the character in Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Origins and The Season of Infamy DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight.
