Dee Bradley Baker is an American actor. He voiced various characters in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, most notably the Clock King and Scarecrow in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He also voiced Joker in Son of Batman.
Baker has also voiced Ra's al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City and The Season of Infamy DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. He also voiced Killer Croc in Arkham City and Brainiac in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. Baker has also voiced Sebastian in The Suicide Squad and Isis in the Gotham Girls web series.
