Commissioner Gordon was Batman's ally against crime in Gotham City.
Biography[]
Gordon assists Batman and Robin in the theft of the remote control machine and the mystery of The Wizard.
Whenever a crime occurs by the Wizard's henchmen, Gordon sends the Batsignal from his office window.
When the invisible Wizard attempted to kill Gordon in his office by shooting through the window, Batman, with the help of Robin and Vicki Vale, took a picture with a special flashbulb, revealing Carter's face. After capturing and arresting Carter, Gordon congratulated Batman and Robin for uncovering the Wizard.
