Jimmy Briggs is a character who appeared in the second Batman: Arkham City comic. He was in Arkham for being delusional and he was one of Aaron Cash's favorite inmates for his non troublesome behavior. Cash would later reluctantly send him to Arkham City.

• Several thugs make mention of a man named Jimmy throughout the game. He is known to have worked for both The Joker and The Penguin, and is called a liar by several people. With his history of delusions this may be the same person, as his perceived "lying" could actually just be his false beliefs.
