John Glover is an American actor who voiced The Riddler in Batman: The Animated Series, as well as the Sega CD video game based on the series, and portrayed Dr. Jason Woodrue in Batman & Robin. Glover is also famously known for playing Lionel Luthor, the father of Lex Luthor, from the television show Smallville, also based on DC Comics.
