This goon was seen at Gotham City's 200th Anniversary Parade and sat with another goon. When the man that he sat with barked orders, this man murmured something in agreement and put on his gas mask like all the others. Batman later arrived in the Batwing and stole the Joker's Smylex Balloons. Whether this goon was killed by collateral damage from the Batwing strike or later arrested is unclear.
