Killgore Steed is a wealthy hunter and poacher of rare animals, whom Catwoman hates. He made a deal with Joker in which he would give the Clown Prince of Crime two black Siberian leopards in exchange for two albino hyenas.
Joker double-crossed Killgore after getting what he wanted. However, gassing Joker Venom as Punch and Judy took out his bodyguards with knockout gas. Joker then took the leopards hostage, threatening to kill them with an acid-filled gun unless Batman, Catwoman and Batgirl gave up their equipment.
Ultimately, however, they managed to save Killgore by giving him the antidote top Joker Venom off-screen.
