King Boris was a visiting king who came to Gotham City.
Biography[]
King Boris arrived in Gotham City. He was captured and kidnapped by the Riddler, and was held hostage at the Riddler's hideout. Batman and Robin attempt to rescue the king, but were captured by the Riddler and his gang, The River Rat Gang, and tied up to giant spinning wheels, which they managed to escape from.
King Boris was later set free by the Riddler.
