This man was one of The Joker's many Goons. He was rarely seen with the rest of his gang.

This Goon had trademarks on each cheek. He was not seen in Flugelheim Museum. This Goon attacked Batman in an alley, weilding twin swords against him. He slashed at Batman, who deflected the blades with his shielded gauntlets. Batman kicked him but appeared that he isn`t unconious. When the Goon came at Batman in a frenzy again, Batman kicked him in the head, causing the Goon to flip back, land on the fround passed out, presmably dead.
