This man led a life of violent crime, serving as one of Jack Napier's buttonmen.
History
The Hood near the "Gray Trenchcoat Hood" during Grissom's meeting.
This man was present during the meeting organized by Boss Carl Grissom, after the declaration of war on crime launched by the new district attorney Harvey Dent. This man joined his boss, Jack Napier, on a mission to retrieve incriminating documents from Carl Grissom's business front, Axis Chemical Co. After the GCPD arrived to apprehend Napier, he began returning gunfire with them. He's never seen during the gunfight because a policeman hit this man in the chest, and he fell back hard against a window of the file office, smashing it.
