The Neon Gang Leader and his gang kidnapped a beautiful young woman. Robin came to her rescue, and personally fought the gang's leader. Robin surprised him with a roundhouse kick to the head.

Conflict with Dick GraysonEdit

The Neon Gang were hassling a beautiful Teenage Girl. Pushing her around and pulling her about, they eventually pushed her towards a gang member with paint making his face look like a skull (the Leader). The Batmobile rolled up nearby, but unknowingly to the gang it was Dick Grayson driving after stealing it from the Batcave. The Leader covered the girls mouth to stop her calling for help but when he saw that it wasn't Batman she managed to escape and ran away screaming. The Gang made chase and Dick followed. Dick fought the gang and took the leader out with a roundhouse kick to the head. Dick and the girl kissed. Then she fled as the leader got to his feet and called several more Neon gang members. Soon the real Batman turned up and they all fled, scared of the Caped Crusader.
