Nightwing (Proposed Film)

Nightwing was a planned solo film featuring Dick Grayson in the titular identity. The film was initially planned to be set in the DC Films' shared continuity. Development began in 2017 with Chris McKay hired as director and Bill Dubuque as screenwriter.^[1] A script was written and reportedly being near completion by March 2018. Production ceased due to DC Films having "other priorities" at the time and was officially announced to have been cancelled in August 2023.^[2]^[3]
