Biography

This goon has oriental (brown) hiar and was rarely seen with the rest of his gang. He is first seen in Gotham's 200th Anniversary Parade, with the Blond Joker Goon and Short Joker Goon. He follows the blond goon`s (or The Joker`s) directions. Batman (Michael Keaton) arrived in his Batwing and stole The Joker`s Ballons. Whether the goon was killed by the Batman with the Batwing or arrested for his crime is unclear.
