Penguin Commandos were mind controlled foot soldiers of The Penguin.

HistoryEdit

The commandos were all penguins, and worked for The Penguin in his fight against Batman. They had special mind-control helmets that The Penguin placed on them in order to use them as suicide bombers, since they had rockets strapped to their backs. However, some were equipped with projectile rockets (the ones who attacked Batman). They all headed to try and blow up Gotham City, but Batman destroyed their control system so that they would not be able to detonate.

Behind the scenesEdit

• The penguins used in Batman Returns were Blackfeet and King Penguins. Costumed actors portrayed Emperor Penguins.
