Ra's al Ghul is the leader of The League of Assasins/Shadows and a member of "The Light".
History

Ra's al Ghul breifly appeared when the members of "The Light" were revealed. His involvement in the Light was shown to have consecutive acts of terror against the world including the injustice league, the act at Cadmus and the Kobra Venom incident.
