Rebecca "Becky" Mulcahey was a corrupt officer in the Gotham City Police Department. A specialist in handguns and firearms, she was brought on to help with Jim Corrigan's trial for the murder of Crispus Allen. Unknown to most, Mulcahey was actually part of a circle of officers who skimmed drugs and narcotics brought in as evidence, selling them off to criminals on the streets. She was also dating Corrigan, thus used her expertise to help exonerate him.
