"Boss" Moroni was a mob boss who was put on trial for an unknown crime, during which, he threw acid at Harvey Dent, scarring him, and creating the second personality, Two-Face. His curent status is unknown.

- In Batman Forever, this character is credited as Boss Moroni. As with Barbara Wilson, he was a character inspired by one from the comic continuity, but with a name, and possibly biography, change.
- Unlike other continuities involving Two-Face and Maroni, nothing is revealed in Batman Forever as to whether Two-Face enacted or desired revenge against Boss Moroni. If he does then maybe he already has, as Two-Face desires to kill Batman for not preventing his scarring.
- Moroni was likely found guilty of the crime that he had stood on trial for, or given a new sentence for his brutal attack on the beloved DA Harvey Dent.
