The Thug Driver was hired by Two-Face to kill Batman. He drove in a car that accompanied Two-Face while they chased after Batman. When Two-Face tried to shoot a bazooka at Batman, Batman dodged the rocket, and the rocket hit the driver's car. Two-Face later failed his assassination attempt.
