"Ladies and Gentlemen, Hobos and Tramps, Cross-eyed mosquitoes and bowlegged ants. I come before you, to stand before you, to tell you a story I know nothing about. One bright morning in the middle of the night two dead fellows stood up to fight. They stood back to back, facing each other, drew their swords and shot one another. If you don't believe my lie, it's true, ask the blind lady on the corner, she saw it too."

Notes
- Note to self: Write own synopsis for second part of Batman Issue 306
- Note to self: Upload images of image-lacking 1960's TV characters
- Note to self: Check for updates on Birds of Prey (Volume 2).
- Note to self: Retain this information for the Batman: Arkham Asylum minor character 'Guard 38': Masked Guard #38: Responded to an alarm at the Patient Pacification Chamber after the Joker had freed all the inmates in the Intensive Treatment Center, including the deranged serial killer, Mr. Zsasz. After Zsasz had taken Mike hostage, this Masked Guard, a known friend of Mike, arrived on the scene with Zsasz's personal therapist, Dr. Gretchen Westler. He, Masked Guard #40, and Dr. Westler climbed the stairs to the higher level. The Masked Guard stood on the balcony overlooking Zsasz and his hostage, attempting to talk Zsasz down. After being filled in on the hostage situation by Zach Franklin, Batman arrived on the scene, finding this guard and his colleague leaning over the balcony rail and watching nervously as Zsasz paced up and down behind Mike. Notably, Masked Guard #38 said nothing to Zsasz, perhaps too gripped by the impending situation to do so. When approached by Batman, this guard responded without taking eyes off the developing situation below: "If you go down there, Zsasz will execute my buddy!" Batman needed no reminder of the obvious danger, and knocked Zsasz after sneaking up behind him. The Masked Guard rushed into the room with his colleagues and Dr. Westler, where they liberated Mike. Only then did the security guard turn his attention to escaping the chamber; he rushed to the door, only to find it had locked behind them. Assisted by another guard, he was last seen standing just outside the pacification area on the ground level next to the locked door with his radio, attempting to contact Arkham control to open the door. His status is uncertain.
- Note to self: Find out where images of live Masked Doctors can be found in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Secure Access Hidden Room; and maximized screen (environment).
