Wayne Industries is Bruce Wayne's company headquartered in Gotham City. This is where The Batman gets his gadgets and the company is supervised by Lucius Fox(CEO,Wayne Enterprises). Wayne industries is run by Bruce Wayne.The Joining took their metal and technology from Wayne Industries to assist in their invasion of Earth through Gotham City. In "The Big Heat" Wayne Enterprises and GothCorp competed for funding a Children's Hospital. GothCorp won the city council's vote but it was chaged to Wayne Industries after it was discovered that GothCorp was having Firefly attack rival companies.
